Our Story
LAVTOKEN has evolved from a single person’s vision to a fast-growing business. Our founder, Lena, has always had a particular connection to food and her Mediterranean culinary roots. Her love grew to enthusiasm, and along the way she endorsed a diet within a wellness lifestyle that keeps body, mind, and spirit in sync.
Giving up on a banking and finance career, she embarked on a journey of taste and discovery. She collected creative recipes from around the world and partnered with nutritionists and food experts to produce plant-based, healthy snacks that anyone could easily enjoy.
Deciding to share her vision with the world, she put together a team of snack aficionados and skillful professionals with an uncompromised commitment to good food.
LAVTOKEN was born!
The name "LAVTOKEN" derives from a variation of the English phrase "love token", meaning "a symbol of love." This reflects the love and passion that the company embodies in its products.
LAVTOKEN offers a variety of almond-based products, including almond butters and almonds coated with dark chocolate. These products are rich in nutrients such as protein, monounsaturated fats, dietary fiber, calcium, and vitamin E, contributing to a healthy lifestyle.
