Shipping Policy
The company DIGONO IKE, trading as “LAVTOKEN,” follows the shipping policy outlined below:

Shipping Area:
- At the moment, shipments are carried out within Greece only.
Delivery Time:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days, provided the products are in stock. The estimated delivery time to remote mainland and island areas in Greece is 2–5 working days, depending on the recipient’s location.
- Unforeseen factors such as holidays, strikes, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or delays by the courier company may affect the delivery time.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and depend on the weight and volume of the products.
Returns Policy
Given that our products are food items, our returns policy is structured as follows:
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, covering the return shipping costs.
• Change of Mind: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food products due to a change of mind.
Return Process
- Please reach out to us via email at hello@lavtoken.gr or by phone at +30 24610 27711 to report the issue.
- Please provide your order number and details regarding the defect or the error.
- We will guide you through the return process and arrange for the pickup of the product.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with the replacement or refund within 30 working days. The refund to the customer will be made via deposit to a bank account.
The return of a product for replacement must include all accompanying documents (e.g., retail receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging.
- In the event of product delivery with a delay exceeding 20 days for reasons not included in the following conditions for order delays:
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
- During periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
- In the event that it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or email.
- If a problem arises with your order, such as:
In relation to the product you ordered
In relation to its payment
Your registered information is not correctly updated
Our Company bears no responsibility and has no obligation to compensate for any possible alteration of products that have already been delivered to the consumer, if such alteration occurs due to the consumer’s failure to comply with the recommended storage instructions for our products, after the order has been delivered by our authorized partners.
We recommend that our products be consumed before their expiration date and, in any case, that you follow the storage instructions provided both on their packaging and on our website.
After the order has been received, the proper storage of the products is the sole responsibility of the consumer/recipient. In this case, our Company does not accept any return or replacement of orders that have already been delivered, and no refund will be issued for these orders.
Our Company bears no responsibility for any omissions/inaccuracies on the part of the consumer/recipient regarding the delivery details of the order (such as delivery address, contact phone number, etc.) that have already been submitted and which may result in the improper completion of the delivery.
Our Company bears no responsibility in the event that the consumer/recipient is not physically present at the address they have provided us for the delivery of their order and/or in the event that they cannot be reached through the contact details they have provided for the delivery of their order.
In the above cases, no refund shall be issued by our Company. The user is solely responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information provided when placing an order through our website, as well as for their availability at the delivery location and the contact details we have received from them.
If the delivery of your order cannot be completed on the scheduled date, as stated above, our Company will inform you in a timely manner and will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. In this case, no refund can be issued by our Company for the said order.
In any case, returns are accepted only upon prior consultation and the products must be returned in excellent condition, as received by the customer, without any damage, and with the original packaging accompanying the product in perfect condition. Furthermore, for all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by all the documents that came with it (e.g. Retail Receipt, etc.).
In any case where the products are not returned to our company’s headquarters within 3 days, the company reserves the right to refuse the return and replacement.
Order Cancellation / Modification
Our company provides a mechanism for the cancellation and modification of an online order (in whole or in part) that has already been placed through the e-shop. Once you have placed and completed the payment for your order through our online store, you may modify or cancel your order within 3 hours. To do so, please send an email to hello@lavtoken.gr including your personal details and the order number. One of our representatives will handle the cancellation for you.
If the 3-hour period has elapsed, your order will be processed normally, and our Company will deliver exactly the contents of your order. In this case, there is no possibility of a refund for the specific order.

Regarding allergenic ingredients that may be contained in our products, please refer to the “Terms of Use” section of our website by clicking here. Regarding the protection of your personal data, which we will request exclusively in order to be able to process your orders in a timely manner, please refer to the relevant section of the Terms of Use by clicking here.
Please note that the security and satisfaction of our customers are of paramount importance. The company also reserves the right to modify/revise this policy, in which case the revised policy will be posted on our website and shall take effect immediately upon its publication and thereafter.
