In the spirit of good faith, the Company is not liable for any technical or typographical errors that may inadvertently occur or for website outages due to force majeure.

Taking into account the nature of transactions through an e-shop, the Company will make every reasonable effort to promptly update the system in the event of any changes to the information provided and to avoid cases of errors (by mistake) in their entry. Product Prices

All prices listed in our catalogs are in Euros (€) and include all tax charges (VAT), except for shipping costs.

The Company reserves the right to adjust the prices of its products at any time; however, it undertakes to apply the prices that were listed on the website at the time of your order.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer, appear during the ordering process, and are invoiced at the end of the order, in addition to the price of the selected products.

The Company cannot guarantee the availability of the displayed products. However, it is committed to promptly informing e-shop users about their unavailability.

Allergens and Nutritional Information

Our Company makes every effort to ensure that the information provided about our products is accurate and complete. However, there may be instances where the products contain or have come into contact with allergenic substances.

The main regulation governing the provision of food information is Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011. We kindly ask you to pay special attention to the relevant allergen information as stated on our product packaging and, in the event that you are aware of any allergies to any of the ingredients identified as allergens, please take the necessary precautions.

Allergens & Cross-Contamination

Our products contain almonds and may contain or have come into contact with other allergens, such as:

  • Milk and dairy products (due to the chocolate)
  • Soy (possible presence in chocolate as an emulsifier)
  • Other nuts (due to shared processing or storage)

Although we take all necessary measures to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of other allergens.

Our customers must carefully read the information provided for each product before making a purchase.
