OUR STORY

LAVTOKEN has evolved from a single person’s vision to a fast-growing business. Our founder Lena, has always had a particular connection to food and her Mediterranean culinary roots. Her love grew to enthusiasm, and along the way she endorsed a plant-based diet within a wellness lifestyle that keeps body, mind, and spirit in sync.

Giving up on a prosperous banking and finance career, she embarked on a journey of taste and discovery. She collected creative recipes from around the world and partnered with nutritionists and food experts to produce plant-based, healthy snacks that anyone could easily enjoy.

Deciding to share her vision with the world, she put together a team of snack aficionados and skillful professionals with an uncompromised commitment to good food.
